The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Alex Specialized Hospital provides critical and non-critical care to babies with medical problems. Our primary concern is to offer the best possible care and to create a safe environment for babies and their families – so that these children can go on to lead happy and productive lives.
We aim for nothing but the highest standard of care and safety. In order to achieve our aim we have a comprehensive quality assurance system in place. This includes customer satisfaction checklists filled out by an infant’s parents, assessment of an infant’s condition on discharge, and family education programs for the post-treatment period.
