Anesthesiology:
The Anesthesia Department at Alex Specialized Hospital provides an anesthetic service to all surgical specialties within the hospital, including 24 hour anesthetic coverage for surgical emergencies, maternity and Intensive care.
It attends to approximately 600 patients in any given month and interacts closely with other departments in the hospital such as surgery, laboratory, emergency, outpatients.
